Coach Jeromy Barbee is more than a trainer—he’s an award-winning coach and transformative leader in basketball development. With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, athletic coach, and basketball player, Jeromy brings a focused, no-fluff approach to skill development that prepares athletes for real competition. He’s the founder of Upscale Evolution Wellness & Nutrition, a performance-driven training company helping clients build not only strong bodies—but strong mindsets.
A proud product of Covington, Tennessee, Jeromy’s basketball journey began in his own backyard. He went on to play at Dyersburg State and Middle Tennessee State University, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to perform at the next level. Later, he stepped into coaching, helping guide Blackman High School to a TSSAA AAA State Championship in 2021 before coaching at the collegiate level at Motlow State Community College.

Now training youth, high school, and college athletes—alongside NBA hopefuls—Jeromy’s sessions emphasize discipline, pace, and decision-making under pressure. And when he’s not working with athletes, he’s passing on the game to the next generation—including his own niece, who’s learning from the ground up.
